  1. Conditions and Time Limit for the Product Exchange<\/strong>
    For the purpose of this Policy,\u00a0\u201cthe Product\u201d\u00a0refers to the \u201cTest-Reagent for 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (Qualitative Colorimetric Method)\u201d.<\/strong> This policy only <\/strong>provides\u00a0the Product <\/strong>\u00a0exchange services; returns or refunds are not accepted. <\/strong>If <\/strong> the Product <\/strong>\u00a0has a quality issue attributable to the original manufacturer <\/strong>within 7 days of purchase, a replacement can be requested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Exchange application process<\/strong>
    Please follow these steps to apply for an exchange:
    Step 1<\/strong>: Contact us immediately and provide the original invoice\/receipt from the Company <\/strong>, along with photos clearly showing the Product <\/strong>quality issues.
    Step 2<\/strong>: Please send the item to be replaced (it must retain the original packaging and all accessories and ensure that the Product <\/strong>is free of any damage or scratches) back to us or deliver it to our designated address for inspection.
    Step 3<\/strong>: Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets the exchange requirements, we will arrange for you to exchange it for a new Product of the same brand and same model<\/strong>. Please note that shipping costs already incurred are non-refundable, and each item can only be exchanged once<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Situations where exchanges cannot be processed<\/strong>
    We will be unable to process your exchange under the following circumstances. Thank you for your understanding:\n

    1. The purchase exceeds the 7-days time limit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, misuse, or negligence by the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Failure to provide a valid and recognized original proof of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The Product or original packaging (including box and bag) is incomplete, or has been intentionally worn, soiled, or has an odor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Order information errors (such as model or quantity) due to personal reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Subjective belief that the test results are \"not as expected,\" without providing objective evidence that the Product does not meet specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. The Product packaging is damaged or bears labels that affect resale.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      We reserve the final right to determine the Product quality issues, the Product condition, and eligibility for exchange. In case of any disputes, the Company <\/strong>reserves the final right of interpretation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
