Registered User and Membership Agreement

Parties to the Agreement:

Issuing Party: Anco Biotech Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “We“), operates related websites (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform” or “this Website“).
User: Individuals who register and use the services of this website (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “Member“).

Preamble

Eligibility and Account
1. The Member confirms that, at the time of registration, they are a natural person with full civil capacity or have obtained the consent of a legal guardian.
2. 3. The Member is responsible for safeguarding their account name, password, and any security verification information. The User shall bear full responsibility for all activities conducted under their account (including orders, payments, information modifications, etc.). If any unauthorized use of the account is discovered, the User must notify the Company immediately.
Membership
The Company currently offers the membership plans. Specific benefits and prices are subject to the real-time display on the website or this Agreement.
Our Rights and Obligations
1. We are obligated to provide Users with stable website services and membership benefits as agreed in this Agreement.
2. We reserve the right to reasonably adjust the content, prices, and rules of the membership plan based on operational needs. For significant changes, we will notify Users in advance via website announcements, emails, etc. If the User does not agree to the changes, they may terminate their membership before the changes take effect.
3. We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration or membership application at our sole discretion, without providing specific reasons.
User’s Rights and Obligations
1. The User has the right to enjoy membership benefits in accordance with this Agreement.
2. The User is obligated to comply with this Agreement, the website’s Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, and all usage rules.
3. The User must not use this website or membership benefits to engage in any illegal, non-compliant, or infringing activities against the legitimate rights of others.
Termination Circumstances
1. Users may apply to terminate services at any time by canceling their account in the “Personal Center”.
2. In the following circumstances, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and cancel the User’s account immediately without any liability:
  1. The User provides false information or engages in fraud;
  2. The User’s actions harm the legitimate rights of the Company or third parties; and
  3. Other circumstances required by laws and regulations.
Post-Termination Handling
Upon termination of this Agreement:
1. The User’s membership and all unused benefits will become invalid immediately;
2. Virtual assets in the User’s account, such as points and coupons, will be reset to zero; and
3. We will retain the User’s necessary transaction information for the period required by law.
Disclaimer
Regarding the nature of the products, website content, and liability limitations, the User agrees to be bound by the website’s Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Return and Exchange Policy.
Privacy Protection
Our handling of the User’s personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. Please read this policy carefully.
Modification of Terms
1. We reserve the right to modify any content of this Agreement at any time. Modified content will take effect upon publication on the Company’s official website. If the User continues to use the services after modification, it will be deemed acceptance of the modified Agreement.
2. If any modifications are made to this Agreement, we will notify Users by publishing the revised terms on the Company’s official website or sending notifications to the User’s registered email address. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing announcements on the official website and ensuring that their provided contact information is valid and capable of receiving notifications.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. The English version of these terms is binding in all respects. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
